PIME provides international educators professional development programs that prepare them for teaching U.S. pedagogy and curricula.
Our PIME modules aim to develop an understanding of the U.S. education system, and how to educate international students within U.S. curricula programs
This program is designed for Career Professionals & University Graduates that are:
- New Teaching Graduates
- International schools that wish to train their teachers
- Current Teachers
TEACH OVERSEAS (FOR U.S. EDUCATORS)
U.S. educators who are interested in teaching abroad at international schools & centers may participate in AEDG professional development & placement programs.
Interested teaching candidates will be placed into international schools for 1-2 year postings.
This program is designed for:
- U.S. teachers seeking international teaching opportunities.
- U.S. teachers interested in professional development programs to equip them for international opportunities.
PROGRAM OUTCOME
Pennsylvania Institute of Management and Education (PIME) will enhance non-U.S. teachers' capacity to successfully bring American education to their classrooms. U.S. educators who choose to teach overseas will experience another culture and gain amn appreciation of teaching opportunities and methods outside of their familiar settings.
